TRX Training
TRX Suspension Training is the newest addition to our group personal training program.
Created by a U.S. Navy SEAL TRX Suspension Training is a revolutionary method of bodyweight exercise focused at developing total body strength, flexibility, power, endurance, coordination and balance.
TRX will help you get the results you want! Through Impact TRX Suspension Training, you’ll burn calories, increase total body muscle tone, improve balance and mobility, and build strength, all using just YOUR own bodyweight. Anyone can do it, as the intensity is set by you!
Session Times
TRX Suspension Training Sessions will be held on Monday and Thursday nights from 6 - 6. 45pm, in Studio 2 (45min sessions). New programs will start every 4 weeks, with the flexability of being able to choose to train 1 or 2 sessions each week. Numbers are limited for each session.
Cost
1 Session Per Week - $69 (4 week program)
2 Sessions Per Week - $129 (4 week program)
