The team at Aquafit has been busier than usual of late… in between group fitness classes, squats, weights and rowing the team busted out their bling, hoodies and dance moves to create our very first music video ‘It’s a Fitness Life’.

What started as a fun concept to show you who we are, evolved to become so much more! As we considered the ‘storyline’ and reflected on countless examples of unique people, experiences, achievements and friendships, an energy grew that quickly radiated throughout the centre.

Once the backing track had been recorded and we began focusing on the visual story line, enthusiastic staff from every department were keen to get involved. There was no shortage of volunteers amongst our members as well!

Fitness Program Manager, Tony Wrightson (aka T-Dub and lead singer) could not be happier with how the video turned out. “We think the end result is a video that captures so much more than words ever could about who we are, what we stand for and the community that we are proud to be a part of.”
